Gaslight Anthem have released a video for "The '59 Sound," the first single from their upcoming Side One Dummy album of the same name. The band is about to embark on an Australian tour before returning to North America to kick off some CD release shows.

Avenged Sevenfold - Live CD/DVD Details

Avenged Sevenfold are plotting a September 09th release date for their new live/rare DVD/CD package "Live In The LBC & Diamonds In The Rough". The DVD portion of the set centers around a show which took place this past April in Long Beach, CA and runs as follows:

DEP Cancel Monster Fetival

The Dillinger Escape Plan have canceled their appearance at the "Monsters Of Rock Festival" in Calgary, AB on July 26th as a result of "travel difficulties." Instead, the band will now be playing a show at the Loft in Madison, WI on same date.

John Lydon Racist Attack On Bloc Party Frontman

Bloc Party singer Kele Okereke was left with severe facial bruising and a split lip following an alleged racist attack by Sex Pistols singer John Lydon. The incident occurred on Saturday evening at the Summercase festival in Barcelona, with one witness claiming Lydon's entourage behaved like "a gang of racist thugs".

In an official statement released by the Okereke, who is of Nigerian descent, the singer says he approached Lydon backstage and asked him about the possibility of a reunion for Public Image Ltd, the band Lydon formed following the Sex Pistols demise in 1978. In Okereke's words, Lydon...

Finch Premiere New Songs
