Weezer's Awkward Red Album Cover

You know the supposed cover for Weezer's upcoming Red album that hit the Net late Monday? Well, despite those glowing reviews - and the creeping suspicion by many Weezer fans that the cover is some sort of elaborate hoax - we can confirm that, yes, that is the actual cover of the band's third self-titled album, nicknamed Red, which will hit stores on June 24. But no, we're not sure what the meaning behind Rivers' "suburban cowboy" look is, either.

neversilence Well the blue album to this day is a classic in my opinion. I didn't care much at all for any of the other albums, and i guess the green one would come in 2nd if I had to choose. But they lost me after the blue album lol. Apr 25, 2008
evinrude What, dude? PINKerton is a color album, and also their best album. What, have you been a fan since the Green piece of ish?

Regardless, when did Rivers become a total nutbar?

Shipwreck dosen't everyone know that the only way Weezer ends up with a good record is if they title it a color and not something else. Let's take a look at all there prior albums:
Blue-Great
Pinkerton-Blech
Green-Great
Maladroit-Blach
Make Beleive-blech

Anyone else see the pattern?
